COBRA Subsidy

The COBRA subsidy for employees involuntarily terminated between 9/1/2008 and 12/31/2009 has expired as of November 30.  While both the House and Senate have passed extension bills respectively, they do differ and a compromise bill must be created and passed in order for the President to sign into law.

As the deadline has passed, we are interested in understanding how your organization will administer the COBRA billing during the time the program has lapsed.
